CSRF verification failed. Request aborted - Shopping cart configuration

Hi all,
I hope to get some help here.
1) I followed the instructions at https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/wiki/Shopping-Cart to set up a shopping cart
2) Upon click the Payment button, I am getting 403 error.
I am stuck here..been trying to figure out the cause.
Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks!

Same issue is happening for me as well. Any chance, the Edx people forgot to mention the csrf token in the form template?
Please help.
