More reason to promote communal land (rent) sharing! The inequalities ramifications and outcomes of this landed privilege are so egregious and astounding. It is far more than an economic argument it is a moral imperative to share the earth.

Good stuff, Dave. It's so time to finance gov programs through economic rent capture.

Here's a G & M columnist on how globally people are becoming more financially equal, but inside countries wealth disparity is increasing. Doug Sanders wrote a column on LVT a few years ago, but doesn't mention it as a remedy now.
