DnD seems to fail in IE8, can anyone else confirm?

I just tried Drag'n'drop 2 from the examples place in IE8. DnD seem to fail when I trie dto drag Item 1 into Folder 3.

sequence of events:

1. drag item 1 to Folder 3.

2. Folder 3 Expands.

3. drag cursor is lost and replaced with don't don't drag cursor.

Is this happening to anyone else?

The functionality works fine with FF and chrome.

this issue sounds like a related issue bug # 317. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.

Hi mar;

Do you have any idea when this issue will be resolved? I am heavily invested in using dynatree for my webpage and IE8 is browser I must support.
