From the state of Affairs today in Delhi, it appear that people will be better placed and will feel less problems because elceted representatives and police don't even pay attention to court and PM directions e.g Battery Rickshaw opeations and swatch Bharat Abhiyaan.
Battery rickshaws are operting openly everywhere and no clening action has been taken in Dwarka
