POLICE PUBLIC MEET IN DWARKA on 3rd October at 4.30 pm

Dwarka forum is organising Police Public Meet as per the detail given below.

Date:-3^rd October,2015

Venue:-Gokul Garden,Sector 7 Dwarka

Time:-From 4.30 PM Onwards

The agenda of the proposed meeting initiate close Police-Public Coordination for better Law and Order specifically :

a) Encroachment free Footpaths and Markets.

b) Open Drinking, Smoking and other substances.

c) CCTV for all Sector and Master Plan Road Entry/Exists

d) Traffic Management during the peak hours, Night Noise/pollution Control.

ACP(Dwarka),ACP(Traffic) ,all three SHO of Dwarka and Traffic Inspector

will be available during the meet.

We request all our members to Join the meeting along with member of their RWA/

Society Management.

Meeting will be followed by high tea.

Thanks for organizing this meet. Glad that you have included "Open Drinking" in the agenda. Let us emphasize on both: open drinking in public and drinking in cars. Drinking in cars parked in dingy areas, service roads and less public movement areas is becoming a menace. People sit and eat and the same people drive. Often rickshaw drivers (manual, auto and electronic) are also found consuming on the sides of the roads. Thus these service providers put passengers at risk by combining drinking and driving!

V may set any agenda but it is my experience that the Police will try to conduct

this in its own way. Will use this meeting for giving sermons to the residents what

to do and what should not be done. Will be least interested/ will avoid listening the

complaints against encroachment and on its own lapses etc.
