Management CGHS & RWA
  1. Pl arrange to clear & clean the Rain Water Harvesting Structure before Monsoon
  2. People shall be advised to not discharge “Soap Water” in rain water trap installed in  balconies of each flat.
  3. Roof shall be inspected for empty vessels and any obstruction in flow of rain water.
  4. Balconies of all closed flats shall be cleaned of Pigeon Droppings. (Health Hazards)
  5. Over following sewer line are unhygienic and spread diseases.
  6. A/c water shall not drop on ground.
  7. Mosquitoes breed in damp area, dengue mosquitoes prefer to breed in clean stagnant water spread by A/c or rain water collected in empty vessels.

The problem is DJB provides one time concession for RWH. Thereafter its maintenance is a costly.Govt must provide subsidy or entrust DJB its cleaning & maintenance. Ultimately it is in larger interest of the environment & also social obligation of the Govt towards recharging ground water.
