(i) There are more than 10 full width cut/potholes within 250 meters of Plot-14, Sec-12 of Dwarka. It seems digging is free and any one can dug up the road and leave it as it is with no obligation to repair it. Some of the cuts are so wide even it is difficult for car to pass through. It is a serious question mark on the functioning style of your field staff. Please inform the number of site visits conducted by your staff in last six months along with detailed reasons & facts for not carrying out any maintenance activity on this stretch. Please also inform if any action has been taken against persons those have dug up but not repaired the road. (ii) In connection with non-compliance of UTTIPEC guidelines in Dwarka a complaint letter was sent to Sh Vainkaya Naidu, Minister of Urban Development along with copy to VC-DDA, LG & Times of India. In response Director (Planning) UTTIPEC has issued direction to Chief Engineer, DDA, Dwarka to ensure the compliance of UTTIPEC guidelines vide letter number F7(14)2013/UTTIPEC/Vol-I/D-319 dated 4 Aug 2015. Please inform the action taken on this letter. |
