DDA defaming Government

Sir,

This is bring to your kind notice that DDA, Dwarka has furnished wrong and misleading information on the information sought from the platform  "Interact with Hon'ble PM" vide number and details as given below. The information provided was misleading as photo captured on 23.04.15 says a different story. This needs to be enquired into.

It seems that DDA, Dwarka office is an impregnable fortress where facts never enters. 

This is sending a wrong signal about the Government and the Governance. 

The matter was taken up with EM office of DDA, Dwarka on 23.04.15 but till date no update has been providedon the issue.

It is expected that your esteemed office will get the latest status along with photograph to justify DDA's claim.

No action is being taken although DDA, Dwarka being informed on time. Papers are not in order as gathered from SDMC, Nazafgarh. DDA, Dwarka is simply doing paper work and no ground work. If timely action is not taken such illegal encroachment will rise. ACTION .... DDA

Reference above.  Bringing out the facts about how the matter was diluted by DDA, Dwarka for reason best known to them. 

1.  This is to add that DDA, Dwarka wrote to SDMC on June 7, 2014 to remove the illegal kiosk. Or otherwise DDA will remove it within 7 days of issuance of the letter.  No action was taken either by DDA or SDMC despite making correspondence. 

2. Another letter was sent to SDMC by (Er. D.P. Singh) Chief Engineer, DDA, Dwarka to DC, Najafgarh on June 26, 2014.  

                      It is not understood why the kiosk was not removed within seven days as mentioned in DDA's letter of June 7, 2014.   And for what reason (Er. D.P.Singh) CE, DDA instead of taking any action wrote to DC, Najafgarh  nullify the action for removal of illegal kiosk mentioned in DDA's letter June 7, 2014. This suggests that CE, was not in favour of removing the illegal encroachment on footpath by the unauthorised kiosk.

Speak to EM office, DDA. EM was out for meeting. It has been brought to the notice to his office and requested to review the status provided on 17.04.2015.  

Lets see what and how they respond.
