Palam Dabri Road in HT Live West Delhi. October 18, 2014.
This is how public money is used for private convenience. PWD is more concerned about the shopkeepers who have encroached the footpath rather than public & pedestrians.
Corruption is the root of cleanliness which needs to be driven away first to make India Swachch.

A good cause taken up. The road and footpaths when made initially by PWD were so beautiful with coloured stone and all. Today its a mess.
