Dear All

Almost every consumer of Mobile face this problem. There is no need to educate on this.

Now citizen have started a Signature Campaign. Even PMO says they dont get calls and drop their calls.
Is this to HELP Telecom companies for more Spectrum and Put thier Towers anywhere ?
Why this phenomen in our country is more..
Why TRAI and DoT accepted the FORGED or FABRICATED data submitted by Telecom Companies about call drops etc
Why should Customer pay for call drops.

As desired regd, hope now there is penalty, investigation by CBI ?

Consumer of Mobile Telecom operators have been complaining of poor network for last many years. No one was listending. All that TRAI and DoT was doing collecting the report from Operators and simply publish. Never conducted any audit or checking.
Over crores of rupees worth call drop related service defiency was not charged or penalised operators as there is MAFIA kind of Telecom Lobby Exist in our country is known.
TRIA and DoT never imposed any penalty on this.
The data submitted as Reports by Operators allegedly fudged as evidently known that amount of call drop and network deficiency complaint filed by consumer never addressed.
This grievance is against the TRAI and DoT

The allegation is that the DoT and TRAI staff may be getting some kind of CASH or KIND favour from these Telecom Operators ? How do we check that. For that there must be a high Vigilance Investigation preferbally by CBI.

The TRAI and DoT to order zero charge when ever there is call drop by operator.
The TRAI and DoT must recover pas penalty and the same amount be deposited for Consumer Education of Telecom Sectors.

World over the Cell Phone Towers are far away from City and too very high, why in India it has not happened is the issue and who has failed to implement?

Therefore, we, by this mail solicit your urgent attention and intervention in the matter to suomotto disclose the steps taken by the DOT,TRAI, Ministry of Information and Technology in compliance of section 4(1)(c) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 as the Annual Report for the year 2013-14 published by TRAI that cannot be attached with this mail due to its size, which is available with us,  is absolutely silent about this aspect.

We have never asked TRAI to reduce the tariff and increase the number of calls due to poorest of poor infra that takes four to five calls to completer one call. The Service providers stands to gain much more than it deserve and the consumers continue to suffer.

A copy is being sent to Hon'ble Union Minister as well as Cabinet Secretary for immediate attention and intervention with regard to disclosure.
