Encroachment by law keepers.

This is a 24x7 barrier found on Panka Road. Sagarpur. All road users know how much traffic chaos is there during peak hours. For what purpose this 24x7 barrier is put up us best known to the local law keepers. It helps more to the shop keepers by providing extra space for doing business.
This may kindly be removed for larger convenience of road users. Also parking near fruit & fruit juice sellers be controlled as it creates traffic jam during peak hours. It may also be noticed that there is no footpath at this stretch, its totally encroached upon by shopkeepers. This may be brought to the notice of road owning agency for clearing the footpath.
It is expected that action will be taken in larger interest & safety of road users.
