[dorkbotpdx-announce] DorkbotPDX Code of Conduct

After about 8 years of disorganization, DorkbotPDX is (finally) adopting
a citizen code of conduct:

We're fortunate that member conduct has, for the most part, been a
self-regulating non-issue. Our code of conduct is intended to establish
broad behavior guidelines, and we hope that the guidelines can be
specifically helpful to those with difficulty navigating social arenas.

If you have a question about the code of conduct or want to discuss
behavior related to our social guidelines, please chat to me or another
organizer in person or online.

Please _do_ go out of your way to help foster diversity in our
community, and please, do something strange with electricity.
