how to make template for startapp and startproyect?

hello..  i wish make my templates  for  django-admin.py  startproyect and startapp  but i dont know how, and i dont find documentation to explain how to make it (i find documentation from how to use, but not how to make)

There may be a better way suggested by others, but you can use the
examples from the tutorial as your starting point.
