ANN: String freeze for Django 1.8

Hi translators,

Part of this week security releases, the release candidate Django 1.8rc1
has just landed.

This also means that strings are now frozen. Now is *your* time: go, go
go! The final 1.8.0 release should happen in about two weeks.

Turkish, Chinese, Lithuanian and French are already at 100%. Will you
let your language lag behind? I'm sure not :-)
