Smallest aliquot for dinos?

Anyone ever try to grow dinos in small ~1ml aliquots? It seems like they would be ok, provided they didnt dry up. Just curious.

Two issues to worry about would be the low cell counts, and any tendency to stick to the side walls. I'd say give it a try, but you might encounter more variability than is acceptable to you.
