I'm having a look at the soultion now, hope that maybe as some cells have bursted, the concventration of particles in the solution is higher and supports the other protoplasts.

Maybe the protpplasts were on the bottom of the tube, I took it from the top.

But the bad news: All this photos actually are 2 or three protoplasts which I photographed over and over.

The fotos from the microscope are not the best ones... Low quality, as my home microscope is a cheap one. But what i saw were definitively protoplasts. Round cells with some green stuff inside ;)
