iOS Cordova plugin possible?

Hi,

Is there a plugin for PhoneGap/Cordova that uses the iOS sdk?

A Cordova plugin can use native device capabilities like the GPS but can it integrate with the WebView UI?
Can I add a video element and mic and cam UI to a WebView?
If not, is it possible to use a native view with a WebView at the same time?

Not sure why Group chat is in the scope of a webrtc plugin.
