PSA: Dropping support for iOS 9.

WebRTC will no longer officially support iOS. It will likely continue to work for a while as we're not immediately removing any code related to that, but we will not be testing on iOS 9 going forward so it will likely break in the near future.

Oops, sorry for that :)  Since I managed to reply to the group and not directly to Kári, I might as well translate my question to english - Is the version number missing from the first sentence?

It's hopefully clear from the rest of the mail, but yes, the first sentence should say iOS 9 specifically. We will continue supporting iOS versions 10 and up for now :)
