Weasis 3.6.0 released

Weasis 3.6.0 is available for download. See release notes. There is a bug in addition to the list that has been fixed: maximizing windows on multiple screens does not work correctly.

weasis-pacs-connector 7.1.2 is also available. It has a default configuration with dcm4chee-arc-light.

Important note: After Java Webstart was removed from Java 11, Java 14 removed the Pack200 compression used by Weasis up to version 3.5.4. Weasis version 3.6.0 now uses XZ compression instead of Pack200. As a result, version 3.6.0 and higher is no longer compatible with previous versions because all the packages have different compression types. For example, the native version 3.5.4 cannot connect to Weasis 3.6.0 on the server-side (weasis.war) and vice versa.
