Solr 7.2.1 in Dataverse develop branch

Hello All!

 

The Dataverse Team has just merged the work upgrading Apache Solr from 4.6.0 to 7.2.1 . Anyone working with the develop branch will have to install Solr 7.2.1 and re-index from scratch. Dataverse releases from 4.9 on will not be compatible with 4.6.0, requiring an upgrade and re0index.
