* (Paul) Custom Metadata Blocks for Projects?
* (Danny) Yes, you can use Metadata Blocks how you want in your installation
* (Gustavo) It’s a balance between the usefulness of project-specific metadata and what’s useful to all installations
* (Jim) QDR did some work here and editing the Citation block instead of creating a new one was not good!
* (correct, the citation block is one where the code expects certain fields to exist and if they change the app will break)

* Thanks Sherry for creating the Google Group post. We also customize text in the database and didn't realize that as of 4.12 text comes from property files in the war file. (Jim created https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/5793 after the call to follow up.)

* Non-technical (plain language) inventory of changes would be great

* There’s a workshop session focused on us doing a better job of tracking changes to the application (Defining Installation Types, Collaborative Outreach Materials, Engaging Researchers)
