Google Season of Docs (like Google Summer of Code but for docs)

Interesting. It's too late for Dataverse to apply but I like this new program: https://opensource.googleblog.com/2019/03/introducing-season-of-docs.html

"Season of Docs brings technical writers and open source projects together for a few months to work on open source documentation. 2019 is the first time we’re running this exciting new program."

It looks like Google pays the writer $6000 or so: https://developers.google.com/season-of-docs/docs/tech-writer-stipends#total_stipend_amount

Oh well, maybe next year. We've gotten plenty of great doc improvements from the community over the years.
