   * (Jim) - Working on MDC - opinions on what relationships should be counted as citations would be useful on https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/6139
      * (Jim) May be worthwhile to build this as a configuration option, if you have thoughts please add them to the issue
      * (Phil) 27 citations is great! Thank you, Jim and Sebastian for improving the Make Data Count citation code in Dataverse!
