   * (Paul) 4.19 - when? We have an upgrade window in Jan, should we upgrade to 4.18.1 or wait until Feb for 4.19?
      * (Danny) We get a bit slow on releases during the holidays, I’d suggest moving to 4.18.1 in Jan
   * (Meghan) What are the Make Data Count Updates in 4.18?
      * (Danny) It allows MDC metrics to be collected without display
      * (Jim) Basically that, the goal is to allow metrics to be collected and checked before rolling out the display. We’re seeing the country column not populated (not part of display)
   * (Jim) To avoid the issue of zero counts, I have a proposal to put them side by side
      * (Danny) The design team may have some feedback, so please get up a proposal
      * (Phil) We have not thrown out the old counts and we will collect them. MDC is optional and emerging.
   * (Jim) 4.18, turning on MDC logging should be encouraged, it’ll make it easier in the future to update
      * (Danny) I’ll update the release notes to highlight this
