D3.js Data Visualization Developer (Telecommute)

Geographic Research, Inc. is seeking a talented D3.js developer to work on exciting web based data visualizations and interactive data-driven infographics. We're looking for someone with a passion for the visual display of complex data. Someone who takes pride in writing high quality, clean, scalable, well documented code, and wants to be part of a team of like minded professionals.

This is a full-time telecommuting position for candidates located in the United States or Canada. This is a great opportunity to have a rewarding career at a growing company while working from home.

Required Skills:

• Expert D3.js skills
• Strong in CSS3, HTML5 and related technologies
• Experience creating complex data visualizations (charts, graphs, diagrams, etc.)
• Must write clean, high quality, well documented, maintainable code
• Must work well independently
• Must have a high level of attention to detail
• Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills

Bonus Skills and Experience:

• Graphic Design Skills
• UX Skills
• ExtJS experience
• Mercurial experience
