The site's demise is discussed here, with an official comment and
pointers on how to recover files:

A possible, official BitTorrent archive with most of the files from
Nemesis is mentioned in that thread. If that thing ever came together,
and somebody has a link, please post it; it's not on a couple of the
major aggregators.
