User manual for A10 VPU encode/decode

Thanks to Dennis we have user manual fo A10. But is something known about VPU encoder and decoder?

Has A10 two units which can encode and encode at the same time?

Nothing known, not even under NDA.

It should be possible to both encode and decode concurrently. But don't
know if doing so have a performance impact or not.

There is softfloat libraries and accompanying API documentation.

But nothing about the hardware as such.
