Error: The specified user does not have a valid profile

I get this error message when I compile and run a script from ASP.Net
running on Windows Server 2008:

The specified user does not have a valid profile. Unable to load
'file:///C:\Windows\TEMP\CSSCRIPT\Cache\949632885\875bd864-
e382-405f-9b34-e23714db419e.tmp.compiled'.

However, this doesn't happen for same program running on Windows 7 dev
workstation.
I tried allowing "edit" rights to C:\Windows\TEMP\CSSCRIPT for Network
Service , but problem is still there?

Anything else I can try please?

Found problem:

Application pool's identity must be set to NetworkService, and not to
ApplicationPoolIdentity (default)
