Development using 1.6 Library without licence

My client team is in the process of purchasing the licence for SSIS+ 1.6 library. Can I (in the meanwhile) perform package development using 1.6 library installation? Does it have any limitation with reference to performance or any other feature that stands disabled?

Hi Nikhil,
When you test and develop from Visual Studio (BIDS), no license key is required.
