Salesforce Source - Object with a PickList

I'm running into issues when i try to select an object that has a field of type PickList.

The error is as follows:

Error at salesforce account [SSIS.Pipeline] : The Salesforce source outputs[salesforce source output].columns[affilliances__c] has a value set for length, precision, scale or code page that is a value other than zero, but the date type requires the value to be set to zero.

Not sure if anyone else has come across this type of error?

Turns out if you go into Advanced, and change the output of that field (the one erroring) to a string or something, then refresh, it will load the rest of the object and you can just ignore that one field. Not much help if you need it.. but its something
