Lookup Plus & MySQL views

I'm evaluating the product and using a Lookup Plus Component.  It's going through an ADO.NET connection which is based on an ODBC DSN to MySQL.

When I click the dropdown for Tables/Views, I don't see any views in the database, only tables.  I end up have to use a SQL statement as a source.

Is this a known problem and is there a known work-around?

There is no standard way to retrieve database views. You have to use SQL statement as a source.
