Audience Segmentation

We over at Gangplank recently did an audience segmentation survey to learn more about our community and what they're looking for out of our space. The results were really interesting and I think may be useful to some of you, so I wanted to share the video of the presentation. Essentially we found our community is divided into 3 groups - Manifesto Lovers, Facility Fans and Business Builders. I would imagine this is reflective of what some of you might be experiencing. That was a really helpful video! I'll use a fair amount of that in my business plan, since finding good market data about coworking is kinda difficult. Thanks for posting that.
