Suggestions on how coworking is a support system.

Last month I started a new blog series on the Creative Density is a support system for the new workforce. The posts emphasis how the people inside and the environment that supports the individual and their business to succeed. I have written two posts and have a few more ideas, but I would like any suggestions you may have on how coworking supports the new workforce. I'm looking for a new perspective than the traditional ones that are commonly covered in the media but can really only be gained by experienced coworkers.
