I am curious, is there an AI that can Integrate these Projects? Maybe IBM Watson?

Is there any chance these projects will work together?

I think a Project Like Iris.ai that draws from these projects might give a view of where Artificial Intelligence is capable of.

It seems many of these projects reinvent the wheel. AI needs a coherent base of Knowledge and a tool to search the web to confirm or clarify any discrepancy.

I have included a quote to the same question I posed on the NELL Group with a link to the thread.

Thank you very much for your time.

I have found a very interesting Artificial Intelligence project called Iris. ( https://iris.ai/ )

I think it would be great to integrate Iris.ai with Wolfram Alpha.

There are four other projects

http://levan.cs.washington.edu/ LEVAN

http://rtw.ml.cmu.edu/rtw/ NELL

http://www.neil-kb.com/ NEIL

and

http://www.image-net.org/ ImageNet

I think it would be great to see these coming together. Algorithmia also has facial recognition and OCR algorithms. A commercial product,

http://www.affectiva.com/ Affectiva has emotional intelligence, it knows what you are feeling.

Bring these products together with GoConqr and you have a formidable AI toolkit for Education. Especially if you have to assemble it yourself.

I am a student at Charles Darwin University and we have no Artificial Intelligence department here, we are a small regional campus.

So I was wondering is NELL compatable with these other projects? Can NEIL mine images for words that NELL finds and put the results on ImageNet?

Interesting references on NLP

And LEVAN mentioned in relation to News2Images at allenai.org .

Integrate these projects on a public Testbed maybe Wit.ai API.ai or IBM WATSON. One very smart AI. It would be worth measuring Consciousness and Achievement towards AGI, would at least clarify the direction of development.

Yes this is interesting it's called concept search, is basically science fiction, except here it seems real.
