zx spectrum next

zx spectrum next looks promising what a pity the 512x192 doesnt use the 48KB that the 256x192 with 8 bits per pixel uses - - if we could somehow persuade jim or someone from the next team to read the sam coupe technical manual they might be able to replicate the hmpr bit 5&6 that sam uses to get 16 colours per scan line in mode 3 512x192 when it only uses two bits per pixel
