Info on TS BASIC 16K Cartridge

There's currently an eBay sale for a 16K TS BASIC. It looks like it plugs into the expansion port rather than the cartridge port of the 2068. Does anyone have any info on this firmware? What commands does it add? Is there a reference manual or quick reference available somewhere? If so, where?

I think this is just a ram pack, handled a LOT of Timex hardware back
in the day and never actually saw this item, advertized or in real life.
