Exile on ftp.cdrom.com and wuarchive.wustl.edu

The subject says it all. I just put exile101.zip in
wuarchive.wustl.edu, /pub/WINDOWS_UPLOADS
ftp.cdrom.com, /pub/games/incoming

It provides directions should you have trouble with crashing because
of the sounds. And if anyone knows a good book for learning sound
programming in Windows, please let me know. I've been looking like crazy,
and finding squat.
