I am trying to track a signal using an ANFIS in Simulink. I need to
use the error and derivative of error as ANFIS inputs. I have been
able to construct the system to be tracked, as well as an ANFIS, but
cannot figure out how to use the ANFIS to track the signal.
I hope I could give sufficient information about my problem.

im not understand that you mind in to "signal tracking" .
did you wish to control something or filtering or.. ?
