Androwish on Chromebook question

Hello.
I recently got an ASUS Chromebook Flip C100P running Android 6.0.1. I installed Androwish "Bonfire Night" and it seems to run OK. I created a "hello world" script at /sdcard/Download/vt.tcl and it works OK when I source it from within Androwish. I used the command
borg shortcut add vt /sdcard/Download/vt.tcl
and it did create a vt shortcut in the launcher, but selecting it doesn't do anything. In the Files app, selecting vt.tcl gives the option to "Share with Androwish", which runs Androwish but doesn't source the file.
How can I arrange for .tcl files to open with Androwish, or create shortcuts that work?

Change
borg shortcut add vt file://sdcard/Download/vt.tcl
Opening scripts in the (a) file manager (of the week) depends both on the file manager and Android version, unfortunately.
borg shortcut add vt /sdcard/Download/vt.tcl
to
borg shortcut add vt file://sdcard/Download/vt.tcl
