Groff version 1.01 is now available for anonymous ftp from
prep.ai.mit.edu in the file pub/gnu/groff-1.01.tar.Z. Compressed
diffs from version 1.00 are available as
pub/gnu/groff.diff-1.00-1.01.Z.

This version contains several important bug fixes, and numerous other
small improvements, but no major new features.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has
contributed bug reports.

Jim Blandy (ji...@prep.ai.mit.edu) asked me to say that you should
contact him if there are any problems with the groff-1.01.tar.Z file
on prep: he made it by patching the 1.00 distribution, using the diffs
that I sent him.
