Creating a theme

So I've followed Bruno's instruction on creating a theme and have had no problem changing the front page and the what's popular page. However, none of my CSS changes apply to the forums or users changes, not even the body styling I've done. Am I missing something here?

Also having trouble with images not showing up on the production server. Changes to the theme such as switching the content of the homepage, editing text, etc show up, but my background image and site logo do not.

Sorry for splitting this up - shoudl probably give some info about set-up. I'm using Heroku, site runs fine otherwise - no problems adding users or posting blogs.

Hi Murray,

It's going to be hard for anyone to help you without having more information; are you getting any errors in your logs? Can you point us to an example page? What version of Ruby, Rails, and CE are you using?
