I am excited to announce that there will be a one-day codefest to work on the CWL specification and implementations on Wednesday, November 4th, 2015 in Santa Clara, California, USA. This is the day after the CWL workshop at the Festival of Genomics, California.

Thanks to Walter Shands at Intel for hosting this codefest (and thanks to Kyle Ellrott for making the connection between them and us).

We have capacity for 16 people and will try to get a larger room if there is demand.

Thanks!

I guess the CWL hackathon/codefest is still going ahead on 2015-11-04?

I have registered saying I will attend remotely - not sure if we can have a
audio thing, or perhaps just a textal chat as we did during BOSC Codefest?

Yep!

We can do both. I'll setup a video camera in the corner of the room so people can see who is around.
