MICJS Task Force Meeting Information

The Task Force Concerning the Treatment of Persons with Mental Illness in the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Systems (MICJS) will meet on Thursday, October 20 at 10 a.m. in House Committee Room 0112 in the basement of the of State Capitol Building.  Please find attached the agenda for the October 20 MICJS Task Force meeting.  

Members of the MICJS Legislative Oversight Committee, you are welcome to attend this meeting of the MICJS Task Force, but you are not required to do so.

The minutes from the September 15 meeting are attached for your review. 

The agenda and the minutes, once they are approved, will be posted to the following website: http://www.colorado.gov/lcs/MICJS.  

Also, attached are two news articles that Jack Zelkin thought might be of interest to the MICJS Task Force members.


MICJS Work Group Meeting Information

Below is information about the upcoming MICJS Task Force Work Group meetings:

• The Competency Restoration Subcommittee will not meet on Thursday, October 20.

• The Housing Subcommittee will meet on Thursday, October 20 at 8:30 a.m. at the State Capitol in House Committee Room 0112
