The finalized draft bills for the Legislative Oversight Committee Concerning the Treatment of Persons with Mental Illness in the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Systems (MICJS) have been posted to the MICJS website:  http://www.colorado.gov/lcs/MICJS.  These bills will be voted on at the October 5 MICJS Legislative Oversight Committee meeting that is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m.
