Hoping perhaps you can help me get this information out to the right people.

I am not sure how or where.

I went to visit at Fremont this past Saturday.

Canteen cards that have been used in the vending machines for the last 8 years or more must be replaced with new ones, which now have chips.
Your old canteen cards will no longer work.

If you're planning on visiting, bring cash and the visiting staff will give you a new card, which you can then put money on and will provide an address where you can send your old card and the company will issue you a refund in the form of a check.

No notice of this change was announced, so if you visit with your old card and you don't have cash on hand to initiate a new one, you're out of luck.
