We are experiencing an issue with the certificate wizard due to a failed update to support Apples 2-factor authentication process: https://github.com/codenameone/CodenameOne/issues/1995
We are working to bring this back online and will update this post when it's done. Right now the wizard will run but won't provide you with P12 certificates so we advise that you don't use it at this time until the issue is resolved.
