Say's Phobe - Denver Federal Center, Lakewood

On Thursday, Apr 11, while on my lunch walk, I saw a beautiful Say's Phobe at 6th & Main on the Fed Center. Thought it was a migrant. Then yesterday, at the same location, during the snowstorm at about noon, I heard his distinct song, calling repeatedly. I wonder if he has a mate. Does anyone know if the Say's are known to nest in the metro area?
