Ted Floyd posted on Facebook an excellent article by Ted Eubanks titled "Inscrutable Whiteness" (emphasis on diversity/inclusion and nature activities (birds)) -- http://blog.aba.org/2012/11/ted-eubanks-white.html.  I felt compelled to share here with a question for all of us to ponder:  How diverse are Colorado birding organizations and are any group(s) looking into this dynamic?  I posted my blog response from the perspective of my Federal employer work place.
