What KPIs do you use to measure the impact of cloud computing

KPIs are a hot topic relating to the cloud, but also elusive. Suggestions from a recent Converged Cloud (#ConvCloud) Twitter chat last week included: Service/HW utilization; Headcount support personnel; Business value generated per effort hour; Time to provision; Business value generated per watt consumed.
Key questions:
What KPIs are you using? Do they change depending on use of a public or private cloud? What role does a hybrid/converged cloud environment play (if any) in determining what KPIs to consider?

We typically recommend the following as a baseline:

1) Time to provision: business value generated via time savings
2) Support time: slightly different from the metric that you mentioned. Rather than looking at headcount, we focus on re-tasking support personnel who now have more time on strategic goals
3) Hardware Utilization and KwH savings due to reduction: how much 'greener' is the cloud technology
4) Backup cost and time savings: can use disk-level instead of agent-based
