Google Chart Tools Deprecated - Fate of goog.ui.Serverchart?

I saw in a recent Google Code blog post that Google Chart Tools is now deprecated[1].  Was this the backing for the goog.ui.ServerChart component[2]?  if so, should goog.ui.ServerChart now be considered deprecated as well?
